The registration fee for the conference is $329 when received by March 17, 2008 ($379 after March 17, 2008). This fee includes all conference materials, refreshment breaks, lunches on April 7 and 8, and breakfasts on April 8 and 9. It does not include lodging.
Conference Schedule
Early check-in for the conference will run from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on April 6. On April 7, check-in will begin at 10:00 a.m., and the conference will convene with a welcome lunch at 12:00 noon. The conference will conclude at approximately 12:15 p.m. on April 9.
Exhibit space is available for $750. It includes an 8' × 10" draped booth with a 6-foot table and two chairs. One complimentary registration is included for the organization’s representative. Any additional representatives must register for the conference. Booth space is limited so reserve your space early.

There is a charge of $20 per person per night for more than two people occupying a lodging room. To receive the special group rate, reservations must be received by March 7, 2008. After that date, available rooms will be sold at the prevailing rate. Transportation
You can take advantage of an economical shuttle service between the Orlando Airport and Wyndham Orlando Resort, provided by Mears Transportation. As of the publication date of this brochure, the shuttle cost for an adult is $17.00 one way or $28.00 round trip. To make online reservations or to print instructions on where to catch your shuttle, see Mears’s airport shuttle services. To make reservations by phone, call 407-423-5566 or 800-759-0219. However, advanced reservations are not required. When you arrive, go to the ground level, one level below baggage claim and follow the signage to the Mears Counter. Shuttles depart every 10 to 20 minutes around the clock. The service counter is open 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight. If you arrive when the service counter is closed, a courtesy phone will be available to arrange your ride.
CEU/CFE Approval
This conference has been approved by the Society of American Foresters for 9.5 Category 1 and 1.5 Category 2 contact hours in their Continuing Forestry Education program. This conference has been approved by the International Society of Arboriculture for 11.0CEUs for certified arborists, utility specialists, and municipal specialists, 1 CEU for Tree Workers, 1 CEU for Science, and 7 CEUs for Management. If you need continuing education credit through another organization, a letter verifying course length, content, and your attendance will be provided to you.
ISA Certified Arborist and Utility Specialist Exams

Cancellations
Cancellations made at least one week prior to the conference date are eligible for a full refund of the registration. If you need to cancel less than one week before the program, your registration fee will be refunded less a $50 enrollment charge, or you may send a substitute from your organization. You are guaranteed a full refund of the registration fee if this conference is cancelled for any reason.
Conference T-Shirt
Each attendee will receive a conference t-shirt commemorating the event and recognizing our sponsors. If we receive your t-shirt size with your registration by March 1, 2008, we will guarantee your size. If we receive your size after that date, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
